Bulenox Review 2026
Bulenox is a U.S. based prop trading firm that caters mainly to futures enthusiasts. They offer funded accounts through structured qualification challenges that are designed to help traders prove their skills, access capital, and trade without risking their own funds. Over several weeks, we rigorously tested Bulenox’s platforms, rules, and payout processes, assigning a CLEAR™ score across key categories to determine whether it lives up to its promise of combining cutting-edge technology with trader-friendly conditions.
While their platform diversity and generous profit splits are clear advantages, some might be deterred by their rigorous evaluation process.
Why Trade with Bulenox
Bulenox offers futures traders a winning combo of high profit splits and structured risk management, enabling qualification of up to 250,000 in capital without risking personal funds. We put that to the test and got through the qualification phase on our second attempt. Once we got funded, we were able to keep 100% of our profits for the first $10K but our splits dropped to 90% thereafter. That’s still highly competitive profit splits even for the saturated prop trading industry. Further testing and research confirmed global access, flexible scaling options, and support for multiple accounts. Combine this with their generous profit splits and smooth weekly payout process, and Bulenox positions itself as a top choice for disciplined futures traders.

Reputation
(CLEAR™ Score: 4.7)After confirming the authenticity of thousands of trader reviews using our proprietary Verified Feedback™ AI tool, Bulenox emerged as a reliable and transparent prop trading firm, earning immense praise for its ultra fast weekly payouts, unrivaled profit split structure, and straightforward rules. However, they’re near perfect track record is slightly tainted by complaints of technical glitches and occasionally slow customer support. We must note here that we rigorously tested all the Bulenox platforms over a period of a few weeks and never encountered any technical issues.

What Traders Hated about Bulenox
Account Types and Fees: Flexible and Transparent
(CLEAR™ Score: 4.6)During our testing, we found Bulenox’s account tiers to be highly structured. Traders have a clear path to scaling capital with flexible options tailored to different trading styles. Bulenox provides two distinct trading modes, no Scaling (real-time drawdown tracking) and EOD (daily loss limits). So no matter if you’re a scalper, intraday, or swing trader, you can easily match your strategy. The one-time activation fees for Master Accounts were steep for larger tiers, but on the upside, our analysis confirmed that the overall fee structure is transparent, with no hidden costs,
Lowest and Highest Bulenox Account Tiers:
| Account Size | Monthly Fee | Profit Target | Max Drawdown | Activation Fee (Master) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| $10,000 | $115–$175 | $1,000 | $1,000 | $98 |
| $250,000 | $535 | $15,000 | $5,500 | $898 |

Trading Conditions: Systematic Approach
(CLEAR™ Score: 4.7)Our testing revealed Bulenox’s trading guidelines reward a systemic and disciplined approach. If you’re seeking explosive gains rather than disciplined and precise trading, then their 40% consistency rule (no single day’s profits can be more than 40% of total profits) is going to complicate withdrawals and we suggest you seek an alternative option. Other key frameworks we found that are worth mentioning, profit targets must be hit without breaching dynamic drawdown rules, with daily loss limits scaling from $400 ($10k account) to $4,500 ($250k account). The standout condition for us was the 100% profit retention for the first $10K, which is rare in the industry.
| Account Size | Daily Loss Limit |
|---|---|
| $10,000 | $400 |
| $25,000 | $500 |
| $50,000 | $1,100 |
| $100,000 | $2,200 |
| $150,000 | $3,300 |
| $250,000 | $4,500 |

Trading Platforms: Solid Lineup but with Complex Setup
(CLEAR™ Score: 4.5)Bulenox supports a strong lineup of trading platforms for a prop firm, catering to both novice and advanced traders. We were really impressed by their integration with Rithmic R|Trader Pro and NinjaTrader, which throughout our test period provided high-speed execution and advanced charting. However, we found that the setup might seem complex to some and we were also frustrated by the platform-specific limitations which required familiarity with multi-provider configurations.

Cons
Payout Process: Fast but Restricted Early On
(CLEAR™ Score: 4.4)Bulenox’s payout system is fast and reliable but imposes limits on early withdrawals to mitigate risk. During testing, our withdrawals were processed on Wednesday on a weekly basis. All the withdrawal methods such as ACH, PayPal, or Wise worked without a hitch. In addition, all necessary tax reporting forms such as 1099 for U.S. citizens and W-8BEN for foreign citizens, were provided automatically and upon request. However, we did find the caps on initial payouts and some minimum reserve requirements frustrating as that limits immediate liquidity when needed.

| Account Size | Max Withdrawal Per Payout (First 3 Payouts) | Safety Threshold Reserve (Minimum Balance Required to Withdraw) |
|---|---|---|
| $10,000 | $750 | $1,100 |
| $25,000 | $1,000 | $1,600 |
| $50,000 | $1,500 | $2,600 |

Account Opening: Retail in Minutes, Master in Milestones
(CLEAR™ Score: 4.6)We were up and running with the regular retail/qualification account in under 10 minutes and there was no upfront KYC which saves the headache of uploading documents. Bulenox has streamlined the account process to near perfection in terms of speed and time to market. There were no hidden fees for the qualification account, just a monthly subscription fee which we found to be quite steep for the top tier accounts. The master accounts require a one-time activation fee post-qualification, which varies between $98-$898, unfortunately this is not clearly disclosed upon sign up, although it does appear in their help center.

Customer Support: Responsive but Limited Channels
(CLEAR™ Score: 4.1)Throughout our test period we received relatively quick and reliable customer support from the Bulenox team, receiving same-day responses to most of our queries and issues. However, there were multiple factors that dampened our experience such as lack of immediate live chat (limited availability) and phone support. That means if you’re in need of urgent assistance, you’re stranded and will have to sweat it out until they come back to you.
