BinaryCent Review 2026

BinaryCent is an offshore binary options broker currently operating as Wave Makers LTD, registered as Marshall Islands company number 103581 at Trust Company Complex, Ajeltake Road, Ajeltake Island, Majuro, MH96960. The historical operator on the original CFTC RED List filing was Cent Projects Ltd, Seychelles. The brand sits inside a Finance Group Corp umbrella that also operates IQCent, RaceOption, VideForex and BinaryMate as sister binary options brands, plus the Centobot auto-trading service that trades through the same cluster. BinaryCent holds no Tier-1 licence anywhere.

Two primary-source regulator filings frame everything that follows. The United States Commodity Futures Trading Commission added Binarycent (Cent Projects Ltd, Seychelles) to its Registration Deficient (RED) List on 12 April 2019, listing the type of offering as Binary Options. The Belgian FSMA published a named warning on 16 February 2024 against Wave Makers LTD (Binarycent) at binarycent.app, republishing the Portuguese CMVM public warning. The IOSCO Investor Alerts Portal carries an active entity entry numbered 28915 aggregating the cross-border alerts. Five years on, the original CFTC RED List entry has not been removed.

Our CLEAR investigation gave BinaryCent a Failed score of 0.25 / 5, placing it in the severe-risk band alongside MTrading and Plexytrade. The structural concern is the product itself. Retail binary options have been permanently banned by ESMA across the EU since 2019, by the FCA in the UK since 2019, by ASIC in Australia since 2021, and by the CSA in Canada. BinaryCent’s core product cannot be legally sold to retail clients in any major jurisdiction. Ahrefs data from 04 June 2026 shows 51.2 percent of all binarycent.com organic search traffic still comes from the United States, despite the footer disclaimer that explicitly states the operator is not registered and does not provide services on US territory. Two Regulators On Public Record Against BinaryCent

Two primary-source regulator filings define the compliance ceiling for any conversation about BinaryCent. Both are public artifacts that name the brand directly. Both name the corporate operator alongside the brand name. And both remain on file as of June 2026.

CFTC RED List, 12 April 2019

The CFTC RED List is the United States Commodity Futures Trading Commission’s public list of foreign entities soliciting US customers without registration. The Binarycent entry was added 12 April 2019. The CFTC names the owner-operator as Cent Projects Ltd, gives the origin as Seychelles, and lists the type of offering as Binary Options. Five years on, the entry has not been removed and the operator has not registered with the CFTC.

FSMA Belgium Public Warning, 16 February 2024

The Belgian FSMA published a named warning on 16 February 2024 against Wave Makers LTD (Binarycent) operating at binarycent.app. The notice republishes the Portuguese CMVM public warning. The IOSCO Investor Alerts Portal carries the entity as entry #28915. Earlier in 2024 the FSMA’s broader public sweep of unauthorised online trading platforms listed Binarycent first.

Wave Makers LTD, Cent Projects Ltd, and the Finance Group Corp stack

The corporate paperwork behind the BinaryCent brand has moved across two offshore jurisdictions while remaining inside the same umbrella group. The current footer names Wave Makers LTD, Marshall Islands registration number 103581, at Trust Company Complex, Ajeltake Road, Ajeltake Island, Majuro, MH96960. The CFTC RED List filing from 2019 names the operator as Cent Projects Ltd, Seychelles. Public filings tie both entity names to the same umbrella, Finance Group Corp, which also runs IQCent, RaceOption, VideForex and BinaryMate as sister binary options brands. The Centobot auto-trading service is designed specifically to trade through this cluster. Neither the Marshall Islands Registrar of Corporations nor the Seychelles FSA issues a retail binary options authorisation. No Tier-1 retail binary options licence exists in any major jurisdiction because retail binary options are banned in the EU, UK, Australia and Canada.

Ahrefs Audit: A US-Heavy Traffic Mix Despite An Explicit US Disclaimer

Live data from the Ahrefs API for binarycent.com on 04 June 2026: Domain Rating 56, 36,858 live backlinks across 938 referring domains, 18 ranking organic keywords with 11 in the top three positions, 1,266 organic monthly visits, and no paid traffic. The DR-versus-keyword ratio and the all-time backlinks figure of 24 million are unusually skewed for an 18-keyword domain, consistent with heavy link velocity manipulation across a multi-year history.

Regulator Watchlist (CFTC RED 12 April 2019 + FSMA Belgium 16 February 2024 + CMVM Portugal + IOSCO #28915), backlink profile, search profile, and traffic-by-location with regulator annotations in a single panel.

Country breakdown of those 1,266 organic monthly visits: United States 648 (CFTC RED-listed since 2019; binary options banned; 51.2 percent of all traffic), Canada 180 (CSA binary options ban), India 53 (SEBI restrictions), Brazil 53 (CVM not authorised), Paraguay 43, United Kingdom 41 (FCA binary options ban since 2019), Australia 34 (ASIC binary options ban since 2021), Germany 27 (BaFin ESMA binary options ban), Russia 25 (sanctioned retail FX), Spain 22 (CNMV ESMA ban), Italy 17 (CONSOB binary options ban), Argentina 14 (CNV not authorised), South Africa 12 (FSCA unauthorised), Netherlands 8 (AFM binary options ban since 2019), Colombia 7. Every single top traffic source is a jurisdiction where retail binary options are either banned outright or where the operator is publicly warning-listed.

The Smoking Gun: An Explicit US Disclaimer Paired With 51 Percent US Traffic

The binarycent.com footer reads verbatim: Binarycent nor its agents or partners are not registered and do not provide any services on the USA territory. Ahrefs data on 04 June 2026 shows 51.2 percent of all binarycent.com organic search traffic comes from the United States. The CFTC has had the operator under its historical name on the RED List since 12 April 2019. The contradiction is direct, documented in primary sources, and unresolved for more than five years.

Pro Tip from CleaRank: Treat any broker whose country-level traffic contradicts its own restriction policy as if it has already failed regulation. CLEAR-certified Tier-1 brokers like IC Markets, Fusion Markets or Darwinex use real IP-blocking and KYC gates to enforce country restrictions because their Tier-1 licences require it.

Payment Rails: Card, Wire, And Ten Crypto Logos

BinaryCent accepts deposits via Visa, Mastercard, JCB and American Express cards (with a historic 5 percent card-deposit fee), bank wire, and ten visible cryptocurrency rails including Bitcoin, Ethereum and Litecoin. E-wallets accepted include Neteller, Skrill, Perfect Money and WebMoney. The unusually heavy crypto weighting against the card rail is a structural concern: crypto deposits are non-reversible, while card deposits carry the Visa or Mastercard chargeback path that lets a retail client recover funds. Combined with a USD 250 account minimum (up from the historic USD 20 to USD 100 floor) and trade sizes advertised from one cent, the rail architecture is built for high-volume micro-deposit binary options activity that the regulator-flagged jurisdictions have banned at the retail level.

Smart Pro Tip: If a broker only accepts crypto, mobile wallets, or local rails outside the Visa or Mastercard network, that is a structural sign the operator is trying to evade chargeback protection. Stick to Tier-1 brokers that take SEPA, Faster Payments, Visa, or Mastercard, and verify them with the CleaRank Broker Risk Scanner before depositing.

Customer Complaints: Withdrawal-Block Reports Across Multiple Years

The complaint record on BinaryCent is documented across Forex Peace Army, WikiFX, and independent broker-review platforms. Specific publicly posted cases include a withdrawal request of approximately USD 3,500 pending more than three months with no payout, a request dated 28 February 2025 stalled with only automated responses, a withdrawal requested 11 November 2024 and video-verified yet still not received by 23 December 2024, and a separate case with a withdrawal pending more than six months. The pattern across multiple cases: instant deposit acceptance, looped in-queue and technical-update messages on withdrawal, repeated ID re-verification cycles using passport, selfie, video and phone confirmation to extend the timeline, then silent cancellation. Bonus terms-and-conditions clauses are the most commonly cited stated reason for blocked withdrawals.

Action Steps If You Are Already a BinaryCent Customer

Stop depositing immediately. Do not add another cent regardless of any bonus or recovery promise.

Preserve every record. Save deposit transaction hashes, MetaTrader account statements, chat logs, KYC submissions, every email and every screenshot.

File a chargeback fast if you deposited by Visa or Mastercard. The dispute window is typically 120 to 180 days from the deposit date.

Report the firm. UK: FCA Report an unauthorised firm. US: CFTC SmartCheck. Canada: Ontario Securities Commission. EU: your national regulator and ESMA.

Avoid recovery offers. Anyone offering guaranteed fund recovery for an up-front fee is a second-layer concern. Legitimate chargeback and regulator-complaint paths do not require an up-front fee.

Our Verdict for BinaryCent

BinaryCent’s 0.25 / 5 CLEAR Score reflects an operator on the CFTC RED List since April 2019, on the FSMA Belgium public warning since February 2024, and on the CMVM Portugal public warning, selling a product that is banned at the retail level in the EU, UK, Australia and Canada. Wave Makers LTD (Marshall Islands #103581) current entity. Cent Projects Ltd (Seychelles) original CFTC-listed entity. Finance Group Corp umbrella with at least four sister binary options brands. 51 percent of organic search traffic from the United States despite an explicit footer disclaimer. Trade sizes from one cent. Heavy crypto deposit rail.

Avoid BinaryCent. For real ECN execution under a Tier-1 regulator, use a CLEAR-certified broker such as IC Markets (ASIC), Fusion Markets (ASIC), or Darwinex (FCA). Verify any broker through the CleaRank Broker Risk Scanner before depositing.

BinaryCent FAQs

No. BinaryCent holds no Tier-1 licence anywhere. The CFTC added the operator under its original Seychelles entity name (Cent Projects Ltd) to the public RED List on 12 April 2019. The Belgian FSMA published a named warning against Wave Makers LTD (Binarycent) on 16 February 2024 republishing the Portuguese CMVM warning. The retail binary options product itself is banned by ESMA, the FCA, ASIC and the CSA.

Two entities. The current binarycent.com footer names Wave Makers LTD, Marshall Islands registration number 103581, at Trust Company Complex, Ajeltake Road, Ajeltake Island, Majuro, MH96960. The historical CFTC RED List entry from 2019 names Cent Projects Ltd, Seychelles. Both sit inside the Finance Group Corp umbrella, which also operates IQCent, RaceOption, VideForex and BinaryMate as sister brands.

Tier-1 regulators including ESMA (EU), the FCA (UK), ASIC (Australia) and the CSA (Canada) concluded after multi-year studies that retail binary options consistently produced net losses for retail clients, with structural conflicts of interest between the operator and the client. ESMA’s product intervention was made permanent across the EU in 2019. The FCA implemented a permanent UK ban in April 2019. ASIC’s product intervention 21-064MR took effect 3 May 2021 and was extended. The CSA banned the product across Canada.

Finance Group Corp is the umbrella group behind BinaryCent. Sister brands sharing the same platform stack include IQCent, RaceOption, VideForex and BinaryMate. The Centobot auto-trading service is designed specifically to trade through this cluster. Multiple front brands sharing one operator stack is a structural pattern common to offshore binary options operators.

No. With a 0.25 / 5 CLEAR Score, a CFTC RED List entry that has not been removed for over five years, an FSMA Belgium and CMVM Portugal named warning, and a product banned at the retail level in the EU, UK, Australia and Canada, trading with BinaryCent means accepting zero investor protection and operating in a structural environment with no functional recourse if funds are blocked.

Forex Peace Army and independent broker-review platforms document specific cases: a USD 3,500 withdrawal pending over three months, a 28 February 2025 case stalled with automated responses, an 11 November 2024 video-verified withdrawal still unreceived by 23 December 2024, and a separate case with a withdrawal pending more than six months. The pattern across cases is consistent.

The binarycent.com footer reads verbatim that Binarycent and its agents or partners are not registered and do not provide any services on the USA territory. In practice, Ahrefs data from 04 June 2026 shows the United States accounts for 51.2 percent of all BinaryCent organic search traffic. The CFTC has had the operator on its RED List since 12 April 2019 specifically for unregistered solicitation of US customers.
